PRIVACY

Privacy.

This page explains, plainly, what happens to personal data on fujimotto.com. The short version: this site runs no analytics and no advertising, and the only personal data it asks for is what you choose to send through the Contact form.

01 — WHO WE ARE

FUJIMOTTO S.R.L.
contact@fujimotto.com

FUJIMOTTO S.R.L. is the controller for personal data processed through this website. The same address, contact@fujimotto.com, handles both general contact and questions about your personal data.

02 — WHAT THIS SITE COLLECTS

The Contact form asks for a name, an email address and a message — nothing else, and only when you choose to send it. Like any website, the technical infrastructure that delivers and protects fujimotto.com necessarily processes basic request information, such as your IP address and request metadata, in order to serve pages, keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

03 — WHY, AND ON WHAT BASIS

Contact details and messages are used to respond to your inquiry, manage related follow-up, discuss a possible collaboration when you raise one, and protect the service against abuse where necessary. General inquiries are handled on the basis of FUJIMOTTO's legitimate interest in managing communications addressed to it; where your inquiry concerns steps toward a possible contract, pre-contractual necessity may also apply.

Messages are delivered by email to contact@fujimotto.com and kept as ordinary correspondence in our mailbox. The website itself keeps no database of messages.

04 — WHO PROCESSES IT

Data may be processed by the infrastructure providers necessary to operate the site and its email service: ROMARG (hosting and mail infrastructure) and Cloudflare (DNS, proxy/CDN and security). They process this data to deliver and protect the service, not for FUJIMOTTO marketing.

05 — HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Contact correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the inquiry and related follow-up. It may be retained longer where necessary to document a collaboration or business relationship, to comply with legal obligations, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

06 — COOKIES & TRACKING

fujimotto.com does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, marketing trackers or optional analytics cookies. Fonts are served from this site's own files, not loaded from Google. The FUJIMOTTO application itself sets no cookies and keeps no data in your browser's storage.

Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site, may use strictly necessary security cookies when a protection feature requires them. These serve security only — they are not analytics or advertising cookies.

07 — YOUR RIGHTS

You can write to contact@fujimotto.com about your personal data — including access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, where applicable law provides these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority; in Romania this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).

08 — CHANGES

This notice may be updated as the site's functionality or data practices change.
